Do you ever have one of those mornings where you wake up at way before the sunrise..... like 4:00 and then just can't get back to sleep. Well, this AM was one of those, and so I decided, instead of fighting the dreaded toss and turn discomfort - I sought refuge in an early morning jam session.
This was the result. A sure way to start the day and kick it off with a little groovaliciousness.
Hadn't played this forever, so the rust may be seen crumbling from my fingers as they get lubricated - and the sandman crumbs fall from my drowsy eyes - but all in all, it accomplished at least one goal, which was to wake up!!
